Sales Manager


As Sales Manager your main responsibility is to help us meet our revenue growth targets. In practice this means that you are responsible of creating reasonable sales targets, maximizing our sales potential via different sales channels and following up on the progress. In this position you will directly respond to our Operations Manager.


  • Optimize Rosemarys revenue stream
  • Manage all existing sales channels
  • Increase conversion rate from leads to sales
  • Align people, so that all departments are working for the same sales goals
  • Screen the market for new sales opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Management of PR channels and personals


  • Design, develop and implement the sales plan
  • Follow up on CRM, emails and inquires
  • Connect program team with every sales lead
  • Develop customer database
  • Produce revenue reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Create weekly reports and follow up on the progress
  • Train other community members working on sales (reception etc)
  • Research for new sales opportunities and optimizing of existing strategies

  • Previous sales experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic Portuguese skills are seen as a plus
  • Good at using Microsoft Office – tools
