Marketing Manager 


As Marketing Manager your main responsibility is to plan and manage all the activities in the marketing department. In practice this means that you are responsible of brand management, corporate identity creation, sales support and budget allocation. In this position you will directly respond to our Operations Manager.  


  • Ensure that all marketing activities are in line with Rosemarys goals
  • Design, develop and implement the yearly Marketing plan
  • Allocate Marketing budget in an optimal way
  • Manage people with the following responsibilities: Social Media Assistant, photographers / videographers, web developer, blogger
  • Communicate with the team e.g. Events / Programs to keep up to date with Rosemary happenings
  • Plan, oversee and participate in realizing the work in the following areas: Social Media, Email Marketing, Website and Marketing Design


  • Social Media: Plan campaigns, collect information from different departments to create social media posts, manage imagery or take photos/videos yourself, grow follower count, work on influencer strategy and reply to Instagram messages
  • Email Marketing: Create monthly newsletter, create inbound email campaigns, collect leads from inbound marketing and pass them to sales, collect monthly emails to the Floripa Local list with event info
  • Website: Manage the website content, manage web developers and designers when needed, liaise with other departments to keep the website content up-to-date, manage SEO goals, organize the blog, create blog content and share posts
  • Design: Create printed and digital marketing materials for campaigns, liaise with departments for brief on posters / brochures needed, design using our visual content and brand guidelines, manage print costs, create digital content such as Ebooks, infographics, recipe books for use in Inbound marketing
  • Reporting: Create weekly reports and follow up on progress

  • Previous Marketing experience
  • Previous Management experience
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Good at using Microsoft Office – tools
  • Strong content writing skills
  • Basic skills using WordPress website and blog
  • Interested the world of tech and startups
  • Use of design program e.g. Photoshop or Indesign
